License Plate Recognition library
License Plate Recognition library for British, German and Spanish license plates. Very simple interface. [You will be able to load pictures from a file or you can also use a buffer in memory.
Shipped as a .NET assembly for easy integration into C++, C# or scripting languages. It can easily achieve 90% success recognition rate under normal operating conditions.
NOTE: Trailer and diplomatic personnel license plates are not supported
